Dynamic radio network level simulations for network optimization and design become more and more important in the wireless industry, because these systems become more exible, dynamic, and adaptive than they ever were before. Many proprietary discrete{event radio network simulators exist in industry and universities. These simulators are either sequential and slow or parallel, but very complex and often need supercomputers as their hardware platform. In this paper, a novel, simple, and heterogeneous radio network level simulation technique is presented.
